Athena Research's primary focus is on foundational research for innovative paradigms, new ideas and trends in Information and communication technologies (ICT). Our research aims are to progress the positive effects of ICT on society, inclusion and safety.
Our research team specializes in developing methodologies and ontological solutions for complex ICT interoperability and accessibility as well as the interaction between the users and ICT.
Current Project
We are working to enable adaptive interfaces for people with with learning disabilities, problems reading, problem solving, attention span, short term memory loss (such as mild to moderate Alzheimer’s) and language disabilities.
